Broder, a LEED platinum, holistically-minded and sustainability-focused developer who cares about the community is interested in integrating art into public domain.  With this intention they asked limeSHIFT–a social enterprise that leverages art to create iconic spaces that express identity in unique and compelling ways–with creating a mural surrounding their latest project 1730 W. Wrightwood in Lincoln Park, Chicago.

limeSHIFT commissioned artists Ellen Rutt and Patrick Ethen to create a piece for this site that takes its inspiration from all of the people that live and work in this thriving community.

This website serves as an ongoing journal for the mural’s collective creative process.
